Install SmartBilling on Windows 10

1. Disable smartstarter at windows startup
2. Run > compmgmt.msc . Then make new schedule like steps at the following pictures :

- To fix SmartBilling Client not responding after client's time runs out, tick "Mencari Objek" in "Pengaturan Sistem/ControlPanel" in SmartBilling Server.
