How to update Windows 7 SP1 and 10 to the latest update manually

To update windows to the latest update manually you just need to download the latest Cumulative update or Monthly Quality Rollup update from microsoft sites. You don't need to install all previous Cumulative updates or Monthly Quality Rollup update, because the latest Cumulative update and Monthly Quality Rollup update contain all previous updates. Before you can install the latest cumulative update or Monthly Quality Rollup update, you need to install the latest "Servicing Stack update" first.

Windows 10 :
- For Windows 10 you need to install 2 updates. First install "Servicing Stack Update", after that you can install "Cumulative update".
- Go to this microsoft sites : https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
- Copy and paste this text : "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems" to search box. Edit the Version ( 18xx or 19xx version or others ) and the based system ( x86 or x64 ). After that, hit the search button.
- Click the Last Updated button, so the list will sort the cumulative update by the latest release. Click the download button for the latest update.
