- To disable schedule for Update Orchestrator in Windows 10, you need to download PsTools from here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/pstools or here. After you've downloaded it, extract the zip file anywhere you want ( for example "D:\PsTools" ).

- Open command prompt with administrator rights, then change the current directory to the folder where you extracted the PsTools.zip file.

cd D:\PsTools

- Then type this command and press enter :

psexec.exe -i -s %windir%\system32\mmc.exe /s taskschd.msc

- Click on Agree button to open the task scheduler remotely.

- Navigate to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > UpdateOrchestrator. Then you can disable all schedules for Update Orchestrator.
