How to remove "Getting devices ready" in Win10

Run -> gpedit.msc and set policy as following picture.

Computer Configuration section :

User Configuration Section :

Go to Control Panel> System> Advanced System Settings (left menu)> Hardware (tab)> Device Installation Settings> change to "No, let me choose what to do." 

Then Run Regedit , go to this key :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup and remove value of these two keys :

Then disable UAC by change the following registry :  
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Key: EnableLUA , change the ValueData from 1 to 0. Reboot to take effect.

Disable Windows reopen apps after restart :
- Open Settings then go to Accounts, then follow steps in picture below.
