If you encounter 2 of these problem :
1. Discord stuck on checking update or starting .
2. Origin cannot be installed and it says "check your connection"
Then install these certificates to your windows and it will fix your problem.
Certificate File
For verisign certificate you need to install it in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and for authroot certificate you just click next until finish.
