Optimizing Wifi Network

There are several things you can do to optimize your wifi network :

1. If you use 2,4 GHz frequencies, set Channel to 1 or 6 or 11 and it's recommended to set channel width to 20 MHz rather than 40 MHz or auto.

2. Use mobile application like "PingTools Network Utilities" to scan all Wifi networks in your location before deciding which channel will be used. Use channel that is not used by other wifi networks.

3. Note, this optimizing is not neccesary if you wifi networks is running well with previous steps. But if you experienced network problem with your wifi after done the previous steps , you can set several things in section that usually called "WLAN Advanced Configuration" :

- Set Beacon Interval to 75 til 50 .

- Set RTS Threshold to 2304 .

- Set Fragmentation Threshold to 2304 .

And that's it. Hope this will help you to optimize your wifi network. See you next time 👋 .
