Have you experienced this blue screen before in diskless environment ? . This BSOD usually occurred because there is conflicted driver for Intel Usb 3 for each mainboard in your diskless environment.
- To solve this bsod, first you have to delete or move iusb3xhc.sys file in "Windows\system32\drivers" folder. But how to delete or move the sys file ?, you have to attach the windows image ( VHD ) in disk management ( diskmgmt.msc ) and don't check the read only option. After that, open explorer and go to the VHD drive that just has been created. Now you can delete the iusb3xhc.sys file.
- Second step is to delete or move all iusb3xhc.inf folder in "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository". But before you do that, you have to take the ownership of those folders to your current login account and change your permission to full control in Security tab.
- Third step, don't install the Intel USB 3 driver in main windows image. Install the usb 3 driver in separate restore point ( for cyberindo disk or isharedisk ) or child disk ( for CCBoot ) for each mainboard.
- Four step, when you make restore point for mainboard with the same chipset ( e.g., H110M ). Plug the keyboard and mouse to all usb port, so the configuration can be saved to prevent driver reinstalling for other mainboard with the same chipset.
