How to download Microsoft Security Essentials dan Update it Manually

1.  You can download Microsoft Security Essentials from here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5201 or download from this alternate link : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WbM1jdoVDhtDuu3H5xKF5JfEkbIPuHMB?usp=sharing .

 

2. Install it as usual and uncheck scan after the installation completed.

3. Open Microsoft Security Essentials interface, and click on update tab. Click the update definition button.

4. If the update failed, you can download and install the update from here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-manually-download-the-latest-definition-updates-for-microsoft-security-essentials-36523b1f-4372-599d-efb0-dbb16b08d990 .
